All orders are usually shipped in 1-2 working days from the payment clearing date. You will be notified by e-mail at the time your order is shipped.
If you need hat by a specific date, please leave a comment with your order. We only process orders if we can deliver in time.
Australia Post and Royal Mail may be slow at times. We suggest using Express Post if you need your item faster. We will NOT be responsible for any delays introduced by Postal Services.

Shipping in United Kingdom
We use Australia Post Air Mail service for all deliveries. Once in UK, Royal Mail takes over. We ship worldwide. In addition to Regular Post, we offer Express Post international service and Express Courier Service (DHL).
Please note — when sending outside of UK, please check if there are any input duties payable in your country! Any non-UK duties are outside of our control and NOT included in price.
